Sign in to manage your family profile

Families use a regular user login. Admins use the same Clerk sign-in, but admin access is granted only to approved admin emails.

Create a new family

  1. Sign in or create a user login.
  2. Leave the family join code blank.
  3. Fill in the family basics, children, languages, interests, and notes.
  4. Select Save family profile. The app creates a family tied to your signed-in email.
  5. Share the generated join code only with parents or caregivers who should join this family.

Join an existing family

  1. Sign in with your own user login.
  2. Enter the family join code shared by that family or an admin.
  3. Select Save family profile.
  4. Your signed-in account is attached to that family without changing its existing details.
